Shipping rates

Standard delivery to your door costs US$50 per order for orders under US$100, or US$29.90 per order for orders of US$100 or more, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping. These rates apply to destinations available at checkout. There is no free shipping.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 7 calendar days after the order is placed. Standard delivery is estimated within 7–10 calendar days after dispatch. Calendar days include weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; customs processing, destination and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Cooling liquid restrictions

Some destinations or couriers do not permit liquids. If cooling liquid cannot be shipped to your address, we include an empty bottle instead. Fill it with clean water and use clean water in the cooling system. Liquid color preferences are fulfilled only where liquid shipping is permitted.

Customs and support

Duties and taxes are included for deliveries to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. For other destinations, import duties and taxes may apply and are not included in this shipping offer. For delivery questions, contact support@thefrostskin.com with your order number.
