Refund policy

14-day returns

Contact support@thefrostskin.com within 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Power banks

Power banks are not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not limit your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, or any mandatory consumer rights.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. Contact support@thefrostskin.com within 14 days after receiving your order for exchange instructions.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for non-quality-related returns. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Refunds

We will inspect your return and process any approved refund within 3 days after receiving it. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional processing time. Refunds of original delivery charges are handled in accordance with applicable law.

Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes rights provided by applicable consumer law. Where an EU/EEA statutory withdrawal right applies, you may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery of the last item in your order. Necessary inspection does not automatically remove that right; handling beyond what is necessary may result in a deduction for diminished value where permitted by law.
