Products and pricing

Review your selected garment, size, color and power-bank option before ordering. Product prices and available options are shown on the product page; the final order total, shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Battery-runtime figures are approximate and depend on operating conditions and settings.

Shipping

Standard shipping is US$50 per order below US$100, or US$29.90 per order from US$100, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping. No free shipping is offered. Duties and taxes are included for UAE deliveries only; import duties and taxes may apply elsewhere. Orders are prepared for dispatch within 7 days; estimated delivery is 7–10 days after dispatch. Returns and product issues

Return requests must be made within 14 days after receipt under our voluntary return policy. Used power banks are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns, and customers pay non-quality-related return shipping. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Order details and support

Please provide accurate delivery and contact details. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an order or report a damaged, faulty or incorrect item. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Privacy and consumer rights

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
